Mission Statement of Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES)
The mission of OCES is to disseminate unbiased research-based information
to the people of Oklahoma and encourage it's adoption. Extension Educators
provide that information to clientele in the areas of agriculture, family and
consumer sciences, 4-H youth development and community and rural development.
Mission Statement of Tulsa County Master Gardeners
The Tulsa County Master Gardeners are volunteer educators trained by Oklahoma State
University to provide OSU Extension Research based horticulture information to local
home gardeners and the community.
