Dahlia 'Dahlinova Hypnotica®'

This dahlia is a member of the Dahlinova Hypnotica® series pioneered by the Dummen Orange company and introduced in 2008/2009. Planted in a sunny location, this tuberous plant blooms abundantly from spring through fall and is well suited to both in ground and container plantings. This compact dahlia plant grows to about 12-18” high and wide has a very uniform habit. It also boasts excellent branching to show off its lovely flowers and is rain and mildew tolerant. Deadheading spent flowers encourages more blooms. The plants are available in several colors and bi-colors. In frost free climates, the Dahlia Hypnotica® is perennial otherwise it is grown as an annual.
