Pink Lady Inch Plant

Calista ripens “Pink Lady”

Inch plants are fleshy, creeping succulents that go by many names including Creeping Basket Plant, Creeping Inch Plant, and Turtle Vine. These Southeast Texas natives are easy to grow, tolerant of heat and drought and can withstand regular weathering schedules. Overwatering may cause fungal disease and root rot however. This plant has tiny leaves with soft pink, green, and white leaves with burgundy underside. It grows well in full sun to partial shade and prefers indirect sunlight and late spring and early summer, the plant boasts small white flowers. “Pink Lady” Inch Plants are low growing, reaching a height of only 4 inches, and can spread to 18 inches wide. Inch Plant is a good source of pink color when mixed with succulent combinations and will slightly trail over the rim of a container when planted there. They also make lovely additions to hanging baskets
